Refund Policy

At Envelopes Challenge, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase of the 100 Envelope Challenge Binder. If for any reason you are not, we offer a straightforward return and refund process.
1. 30-Day Return Window
You have 30 calendar days from the date your order was delivered to initiate a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must meet the following conditions:
- The item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
- It must be in its original packaging.
- All original components, including the A5 binder, laminated reusable tracker, and labeled pouches, must be included.
2. How to Initiate a Return
To initiate a return, please follow these steps:
- Contact Us: Send an email to support@envelopeschallenge.com within the 30-day return window. Please include your order number and the reason for your return.
- Receive RMA Number: Once your return request is approved, we will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions on how to send your item back. Please do not send your item back without first receiving an RMA number.
- Package Your Item: Securely package the item in its original packaging, including all accessories. Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship Your Item: Send the package to the address provided with your RMA number.
3. Refund Method and Processing Time
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5-10 business days. Please note that it may take some additional time for your bank or credit card company to post the refund to your account.
4. Customer Responsibility for Return Shipping Costs
Unless the item is damaged or defective (see section 6), you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
5. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally non-returnable:
- Items that are not in their original condition, are damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
- Items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
- Personalized or customized items (if offered).
- Clearance or final sale items.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective 100 Envelope Challenge Binder, please contact us immediately at support@envelopeschallenge.com within 7 days of delivery. Please include your order number and clear photos of the damage or defect. We will offer you a free replacement or a full refund, including any original shipping costs. We will also cover the return shipping costs for damaged or defective items.
7. Exchange Policy
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to exchange an item, please follow the return process outlined above to return the original item for a refund, and then place a new order for the desired item.
8. Late or Missing Refund Troubleshooting Steps
If you haven't received a refund yet, please take the following steps:
- Check your bank account again.
- Contact your credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you've done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at support@envelopeschallenge.com.
