Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Envelopes Challenge! We are committed to delivering your 100 Envelope Challenge Binder to you in a timely and efficient manner. Please review our shipping policy below.
1. Flat Rate Shipping
We offer a flat rate shipping fee of $8.95 per order for all domestic shipments.
2. Processing Time
All orders are processed and prepared for shipment within 1-3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding holidays) after your order is placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will begin processing on the next business day.
3. Domestic Shipping
For orders shipped within the United States, we typically use USPS or UPS. Once shipped, you can expect your order to arrive within 5-10 business days. Please note that these are estimated delivery times and actual delivery may vary depending on the carrier and your location.
4. International Shipping
We offer international shipping to select countries. International orders typically arrive within 10-25 business days after shipment. Please be aware that additional customs duties, taxes, and fees may be imposed by the destination country's customs office. These charges are the sole responsibility of the buyer and are not included in the item price or shipping cost. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information before placing an international order.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can use this tracking number to monitor the status and estimated delivery date of your package directly on the carrier's website.
6. Shipping Delays
While we strive to ensure timely delivery, Envelopes Challenge is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, adverse weather conditions, customs processing, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. We will, however, do our best to assist you in resolving any shipping issues that may arise.
7. P.O. Box and APO/FPO Addresses
We support shipping to P.O. Box and APO/FPO addresses. For these types of addresses, all shipments will be sent via USPS only.
8. Lost or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost in transit or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@envelopeschallenge.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date (for lost packages) or within 7 days of delivery (for damaged packages). Please provide your order number and any relevant details, including photos of damaged packaging or products. We will work with the shipping carrier to investigate the issue and provide a resolution, which may include a replacement or refund.
9. No Shipping to Restricted Countries
Due to various legal and logistical restrictions, we are unable to ship to certain countries. If your country is not available during checkout, we currently do not ship to that location.
